Crystal Ault is a highly accomplished and reputable real estate broker based in Missoula, Montana, and consistently ranks as one of the top producers year after year. In 2024, Crystal once again secured a position in the top 1% of agents within the Missoula Organization of REALTORS® and ranked among the top 2% of agents across the entire NW Montana Association of Realtors.

With over two decades of experience, she has been a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker in Montana since 2001. Crystal's commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her designations and client testimonials. Her dedication to the real estate industry extends beyond her client interactions as she actively contributes to the field. Crystal currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Chair of the Knowledge Services Committee and State Director for the Montana Association of REALTORS®, and is a board member for our local Professional Standards Committee, Grievance Committee, Risk Management Committee, as well as serving as an arbitrator and ombudsman, demonstrating her leadership and expertise in the industry. 

As Supervising Broker of our Missoula office, she manages all incoming and outgoing transactions, being responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of production sales, training, and mentorship of 20+ agents. Additionally, Crystal is deeply invested in the local community, serving on various committees and volunteering at a local Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) shelter. Her strong belief in community involvement highlights her passion for the area she loves to serve. When she's not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Crystal cherishes spending quality time with her husband and two children, immersing themselves in Montana's breathtaking outdoors. Whether it's equestrian shows with her daughter, playing basketball and football with her son, fishing, hiking, boating or simply relishing the awe-inspiring views, Crystal embraces the beauty of her surroundings with gratitude.
